Free shipping
Every order ships free within the United States.

Processing
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 8 to 12 business days after they ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email support@theglphero.com with your order number and we'll track it down or send a free replacement.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule (every 1, 3 or 5 months) with the same free shipping.
